Family FinCap is a two-generation incentivized savings program. Selected families will receive financial literacy education, case management, and workforce development. More information can be found on the Bank On Rockville page.

For eligibility, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Household must include at least one employed adult and one child aged 5 or older.
• All members of the household must agree to participate. Participation requires 2 to 3 hours per month from January 2023 through July 2023 and includes monthly workshops and case management services.
• All adults must be interested in reskilling or upskilling.
• Must earn less than the 2023 City of Rockville Income Eligibility Limits:
  • 1-person family: $59,766
  • 2-person family: $68,304
  • 3-person family: $76,842
  • 4-person family: $85,380
  • 5-person family: $92,210
