The City of Rockville is soliciting for a qualified firm to perform Energy Utility Consulting Services.  The Contractor shall perform a variety of services including but not limited to utility account auditing, monitoring utility rates, monitoring utility usage, providing budget projections, compiling annual benchmarking data for select facilities and other tasks as assigned.  Contractor shall work with multiple departments within the City, mainly Recreation and Parks, Public Works, Finance and Procurement.  There shall be no subcontracting allowed for this contract.
