This course familiarizes those new to computers (or afraid to learn) with the basic components of computers. Introduces everyday tasks like email, word processing, and surfing the web. No experience required. Instructor: Andre Hickman. Course 24000
Here is an opportunity to discover your positive personality traits (character strengths) and learn how to put them into action to become more resilient, manage stress better, and have a more fulfilling life. The class will be based on the book "The Power of Character Strengths: Appreciate and Ignite Your Positive Personality," by psychologist, Ryan M. Niemiec and Robert E. McGrath. Meets first and third Tuesday of each month.
