Online classes include reading, speaking, listening and pronunciation for senior whose first language is not English. The club meets monthly and features educational presentations on relevant topics, including how lung disease affects the lungs, breathing techniques, exercise, talking with your physician, medications and other treatment options. Meets third Thursday of each month.
Naturalists from Croydon Creek are heading out to the parks! Join us as we hike different parks in Rockville and discover the flora and fauna of our city. Hikes will last about an hour and could be up to one mile. Trail quality may vary and bathroom access may be limited.
