In a move to protect renters, the Mayor and Council adopted 5.8% as the Voluntary Rent Guideline for 2023. The voluntary rent guideline became effective in March. Baltimore Road Corridor Improvements Near Completion
Construction along Baltimore Road is in its final phase, with the city’s contractor eyeing a spring completion for the project.
