Mike Surratt and The Continentals are saving the world one polka at a time. From Washington, DC, they have been entertaining for more than 48 years. Over the years they have increased their repertoire incorporating many different ethnic styles of polka and waltz music, plus popular dance hits from the 1940s thru today.
Rockville German Band was founded in 2010 as an adjunct to the Rockville Concert Band. The 12-20 member band, in costume, performs hundreds of authentic German, Austrian and Swiss polkas, waltzes and marches. The band is composed of brass, woodwinds and a drum set.

Silo Falls is a Historic Mansion located on 48 acres of rural country in Montgomery County, MD with a restaurant, bar and event space. Chef Jeff will be demonstrating how to make a pork schnitzel dish.
Botanero is a celebration of made-from-scratch small plates and specialty wines, located in King Farm in Rockville. Chef Planas will demonstrate how to make Bratwurst Oktoberfest Empanadas.
