North Farm Park

    Park permits for the 2021 park season can be issued starting Fri., April 9, following COVID-19-related executive orders and regulations. Learn more about the permitting process here.

    The order prohibits gatherings of more than 50 people, in an effort to reduce public contact and slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus, and applies to athletic, social, cultural and community gatherings.

North Farm Park is situated on 5 acres and features a baseball and soccer field, basketball and tennis courts, drinking fountains, benches, shelter, playgrounds and restrooms.

  • Rental requests accepted April 1 through November 10.
  • Park picnic permits available April 15 through November 14.
  • Park must be permitted at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Non-alcohol permits available. Alcohol prohibited.
  • Permits available from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. Monday through Sunday.

Permit Fees

All rentals require a $100 security deposit in addition to the rental fee at the time of permitting. Public, private or charter schools receive a discounted rate depending on status.

Non-Alcohol$150 for 5 hours
$30 each additional hour.
$250 for 5 hours
$50 each additional hour.

Submit Application

Complete the online inquiry to request a park picnic area. 

Approval and Payment

Once the application is received, an approval or denial will be made within 48 hours. If the requested date is available a park picnic permit will be sent via email.  The permit must be signed and returned with payment within 24 hours.
