In order to help slow the spread of COVID-19, city facilities remain closed to the public, and events, classes, programs, rentals and activities have been canceled.
The facility closure applies to community centers, Rockville Senior Center, Croydon Creek Nature Center, Glenview Mansion, and F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre.
Rockville’s basketball, tennis and pickleball courts, the dog park at King Farm, and playgrounds, are open. Bathrooms remain closed.
Gatherings of more than 50 people are still prohibited, in an effort to reduce public contact and slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus, and applies to athletic, social, cultural and community gatherings.
