Rockville City Hall and all city facilities will resume normal operating hours on Wednesday, Jan. 28, with the snow emergency and parking restrictions ending at 7 a.m. Click here to learn more.
Recycling, trash and yard waste collection will resume Wednesday, Jan. 28. Collections will occur two days later than usual throughout the week, with Monday routes collected on Wednesday and so on, ending with Thursday’s usual collections on Saturday. Special collections of bulk waste, metal, electronics and large branches scheduled for this week will be rescheduled for next week on customers’ usual collection day. Customers should ensure that containers are free of snow and ice and are easily accessible to allow for safe and efficient pickup. Learn more at rockvillemd.gov/recycling-trash.
