Wilma Shelton Bell Park, a charming 1.1-acre space at the northern edge of the Lincoln Park neighborhood, is packed with fun and fitness. From the playground to outdoor fitness equipment, picnic tables, and benches, there’s something for everyone. The park honors Wilma Shelton Bell, a passionate community advocate and former Rockville Housing Enterprises commissioner, who played a key role in securing private funding for the development of the Legacy at Lincoln Park community. A paved path provides direct access between the park and the community. And yes, dogs are welcome on a leash, so bring your furry friends along!
