Personnel Appeals Board

Established by Section 15-61 of the Rockville City Code, the Personnel Appeals Board hears appeals from City of Rockville employees regarding dismissal actions taken by the city manager for disciplinary reasons.

The Personnel Appeals Board consists of three members appointed by the Mayor and Council to three-year terms.
