Rockville Housing Enterprises
Rockville Housing Enterprises (RHE) is an independent body created by the Mayor and Council that operates under federal and state law to assess the need for building and administering public housing in the city. RHE’s Board of Commissioners oversees the organization and approves its program policies and budgets. Members
Rockville Housing Enterprises’ Board of Commissioners consists of five members appointed by the Mayor and Council for three-year terms. The board elects its own chair.
