The Rockville Senior Center has a full slate of exciting and engaging programs, courses and events coming up in April to help seniors stay healthy and happy. Make sure you and your car are sympatico; get rid of unwanted prescription drugs; age healthily; reduce your stress; and much more!

Diabetes Self-Management Education Program, 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Mondays from April 9-May 14.

Stress Reduction/Meditation, 1-2 p.m., Mondays from April 9-June 18.

Senior Nutrition: What’s Left to Eat, 1-2:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 10.
