The 35th Annual Rockville Public Safety Awards, held June 5 at Lakewood Country Club, honored Rockville City Police Department officers, including Cpl. Renae McEvoy (Distinguished Service Citation), Cpl. Jessica Rogers (Lifesaving Award), Cpl. Brandon Thomas (Distinguished Service Citation), Cpl. Phil Lew (Distinguished Service Citation), Sgt. Javier Baquero (Distinguished Service Citation), Officer Nathan McKinnon (Distinguished Service Citation) and mental health specialist Beth Loftus (Unsung Hero Award).
