Learn Where and How to Park at The Square

The Square in Rockville Town Center offers 90 minutes of free parking — no validation required. Parking is available at three garages: Garage A, off MD 355 (Hungerford Drive) and Maryland Avenue; Garage B, off Maryland Avenue; and Garage C, for Trader Joe’s shoppers and Fenestra residents, off East Middle Lane and North Washington Street.

After 90 minutes, parking is available for $3 for up to three hours, for $4 for up to four hours, for $5 for up to five hours and $8 for up to eight hours. The daily maximum cost is $20. For more information, visit thesquarerockville.com/directions/.

Metered street parking is available as well. Metered parking in Rockville Town Center costs $1 per hour from 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Parking is free on Sundays and city holidays.
