Join city staff and the Chesapeake Bay Trust from 1-2:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 5 for the latest installment of Rockville’s Climate Solutions Speaker Series, which offers information about monetary incentives to help protect your home from flooding and beautify your yard.
