Senior Services Food Drive

Make a donation of food to help Rockville seniors and families affected by the federal government shutdown and the suspension of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits.

The Rockville Senior Center at 1150 Carnation Drive will host a food drive to stock the center’s pantry and support local food banks.

Requested donations

Shelf-stable items such as cereal, oatmeal, rice, pasta, pasta sauce, condiments, canned beans, vegetables, fruit, soup, tuna, and other canned meats.

Ensure items are unopened and within the expiration date.

Drop-off hours

8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday.
