500 Blk. Blandford Street, a known male assaulted a former roommate when an argument escalated at 11:00 p.m. on 1/27/26. The victim was referred for charges and obtaining a protection order.
700 Blk. Fallsgrove Drive, a known male stole the cash from a bag while it was left unattended on 1/28/26 between 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. The victim recovered most of the cash and declined to file charges.
Unit Blk. Monroe Place, an unknown male subject obtained unauthorized access to a residential building and stole property between 11:27 a.m. and 11:51 a.m. on 1/22/26. The subject was described as: a younger black male, approx. 20’s with a nose stud in the left nostril wearing a black hooded coat with a white crab logo on the left side, a gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and dark-colored shoes and carrying a black tech bag. 2200 Blk. Veirs Mill Road, a known male cashed two checks on 1/22/26 at 1:30 p.m., which the check cashing business learned were fraudulent on 1/27/26. Charges have been filed. Incident reported: 1/29/26.
1000 Blk. Westmore Avenue, an unknown subject stole personal property from the victim’s bag while it was left unattended at a business between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on 1/28/26. Incident reported: 1/30/26.
700 Blk. Grand Champion Drive, an unknown subject stole personal property from an unsecured vehicle between 1/23/26 and 1/30/26 at 2:00 p.m., when the victim discovered it missing.
