If you wish to submit comments in writing for an agenda item, please email them to historicdistrict@rockvillemd.gov by 4 p.m. on Sept. 16. If you wish to testify orally on an agenda item, please refer to the hybrid meeting procedures included on the meeting agenda.
All comments will be acknowledged by the Historic District Commission at the meeting.
