Spending time in nature builds resilience, self-confidence, and creativity. We’ll form a nature exploration pod and spend the hour outdoors investigating and learning about nature. Please dress for the weather, wear a mask and be prepared to spend 60 minutes in the the great outdoors roaming the forest preserve with two experienced naturalists. Meets every other week for 4 sessions. Ages 9-11 yrs. Cost $40R/$50NR for 4 sessions.

Each kit contains 3 activities with instructions and specialty supplies you can do on your own schedule with your child. A list of additional common supplies needed will be included. Kits can be picked up by appointment at the Nature Center.
