Description:

The City requires staging, sound, lighting, and production services that meet the exact or acceptable equivalent as required by the technical specifications.  The audio systems are to be properly sized for the venue and to provide excellent coverage and be of a professional quality.   The City requires experienced competent engineers to be present at the stage at all performance times to operate the provided equipment.  

 

The following pages encompass a list of required equipment and setup requirements.  Equipment shall be the exact or equivalent to the items specified and suitable for the coverage areas listed for each stage.  Should there be an equipment failure, replacement gear must be located no further than (75) miles from the event site and be onsite within two hours of request.  Please provide map indicating warehouse location of equipment to event site at Redgate Park (formerly Redgate Golf Course) 14500 Avery Road, Rockville, MD 20853. Bidders must include detailed justification for proposed equivalent items.   The City shall have final say in all sound and lighting levels.
