The Taiwan Bubble Tea Festival at Rockville is the annual hallmark event of the Taiwan Sister Cities (TSC), a 501 c3 organization formerly known as Rockville Yilan City Corporation. The 2023 Taiwan Bubble Tea Festival performances will be held at Rockville Town Square Plaza. This is a family-friendly and fun outdoor event, which features Taiwanese bubble tea and cultural activities. There will be Taiwanese cultural booths/activities, Taiwanese cultural performances, musical band performances with amplified music, and local food/beverage vendors than before.
