Cook along with Chef Alba, or simply watch, during this live and interactive cooking class on Zoom. A shopping list and recipes will be emailed ahead of time to participants.

Spring Brunch Ideas
The term “brunch,” of Anglo-Saxon origin, was coined by English writer Guy Beringer in 1895. He proposed this new meal be served around noon, eliminating the need to rise early on Sun-days, making life brighter for night drinkers. Join Chef Alba for a cozy weekend brunch or a family gathering comfort brunch event.

Menu: simply caramelized salmon bites, vibrant kale, apple and crispy cheddar salad in a tangy vinaigrette and challah blueberry bread butter pudding.
