The Rockville Bicycle Advisory Committee (RBAC) meets every month to discuss ongoing bicycle projects in the city, raise concerns with city staff, and learn about new opportunities to ride bicycle in Rockville.
Normally, RBAC meets on the first Wednesday of the month. However, the committee will be meeting on the second Wednesday for July.
