Christmas and New Year’s Closures in Rockville
City government and all city facilities will be closed Thursday, Dec. 25 for Christmas, and Thursday, Jan. 1 for New Year’s. City government and facilities, with the exception of the Rockville Swim and Fitness Center, will be closed Friday, Dec. 26. During the Christmas and New Year’s holiday weeks, recycling, trash and yard waste will occur Monday through Wednesday as scheduled. Thursday collections will be made one day later than usual.
