Julius West Middle School students from the Jaguar Scholars Leadership Program – a group of high-achieving Latino and African-American youth, met with Mayor Bridget Donnell Newton, City Manager Rob DiSpirito and County Councilmember Sidney Katz on Oct. 30 at City Hall.
