Kids of all ages can get their haunt on this October at several events throughout Rockville!
Hallowteen: Field of Screams Trip:
Teens in grades 6-10 are invited to an evening of fright at Field of Screams in Olney from 6-10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11. For more information, call 240-314-8638 or 240-314-8652. Transportation is provided to and from Thomas Farm Community Center, 700 Fallsgrove Drive. Register for course #10741. $60, residents; $65, nonresidents.
Croydon Creep: Croydon Creek Nature Center, 852 Avery Road.
Celebrate Halloween in costume at Croydon Creep from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18. A spooky nature hike around the meadow, a magic show from D’s Magic, games and other activities. Children younger than 2 and adults are free. Register for course #11257; $6 in advance or $8 at the door.
Monster Mash Family Dance: Twinbrook Community Recreation Center, 12920 Twinbrook Parkway.
Come in costume from 7-9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25. Pumpkin decorating. Refreshments sold by Twinbrook PTA. Cost is $4 per person at the door. (No masks or costume props, please.)
Halloween Haunt: Thomas Farm Community Center, 700 Fallsgrove Drive.
Wear your costume for Thomas Farm’s annual Halloween Haunt, from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26. Paint a pumpkin, play Halloween games, take part in crafts and jump with friends in a moon bounce. $8, residents; $10, nonresidents with preregistration; and $10 per person at the door. Adults and children must register with course #10504.

Lincoln Park Community Center, 357 Lincoln Ave.
Mini peek-and-find Halloween items, crafts, games, snacks and more for kids age 1-5, 10 a.m.-noon, Wednesday, Oct. 30. Preregister for course #10806. $7, residents; $10, nonresidents.
Trick or Treat: Lincoln Park Community Center, 357 Lincoln Ave.
Stop by Lincoln Park while you’re out trick or treating on Halloween evening from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31. Get some candy and visit the hot-chocolate bar.
