Rockville Provides Need-to-Know Information for Tenants and Landlords During COVID-19 Emergency

The City of Rockville is recommending several online resources to help rental property managers and owners combat the spread of COVID-19.
Owners and managers of all multifamily properties can use the following information to help residents stay safe and healthy, and know their rights during the emergency:
Printable Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidance on cleaning and disinfecting facilities.
CDC guidance on protecting yourself.
Resident rights regarding Gov. Larry Hogan’s executive order suspending evictions.
Helpful, printable tips to fight COVID-19.
Rental property managers and owners will receive a letter with that information directly from Rockville City Manager Rob DiSpirito.
