Rockville-Pinneberg Relationship to be Formalized

For more than six decades, Pinneberg, Germany, has been a sister city to Rockville. But no official agreement to become municipal relatives appears to have been adopted.

On Nov. 15, the two cities will remedy that by formally signing a sister city agreement at a virtual ceremony, 2 p.m. U.S. and 8 p.m. German time.
