Flu Shot Clinic
Vaccines provided by Giant pharmacists. Bring your Medicare or insurance card. Shots will be charged to insurance. Register by calling 240‑314‑8800. Indicate whether you want high- or regular-dose flu shots. Other vaccines available are COVID, shingles, RSV and pneumonia. Walk-ins accepted.

Senior Center English Program Adopts New Textbook Series
The Rockville Senior Center English program will introduce the textbook series, “World English,” from National Geographic Learning, this fall.
The series emphasizes global topics, real-world English usage and dynamic visuals in every lesson. It also features clear communication objectives, video-integrated activities and authentic listening and speaking exercises designed specifically for adult learners.
The new materials reflect an ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, relevant and engaging instruction, aiming to encourage conversation, connection and success among participants.
