A webinar designed for older adults who want to better understand common age-related ear, nose and throat problems, and practical ways to manage them. Presented by Suburban/ Johns Hopkins.

A monthly club, held on the third Thursday of the month, with helpful information and practical tips for living with respiratory issues. Register with course #38066. Walk-ins welcome.

The Rockville Senior Center Food Pantry is available to help seniors who need help with their groceries. 

The center also has information about local food drives and mobile markets that can offer additional support. 

Pantry walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are preferred. Call 240-314-880 to schedule a visit or for more information. The center is located at 1150 Carnation Drive.
