Student art and the ties of family are what’s happening this January at the Rockville Civic Center, 603 Edmonston Drive.
Rockville Student Juried Art Exhibit Comes to Gallery
Meet the artists of the Rockville Student Juried Art Exhibit, 1:30-3:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25 at the Glenview Mansion Art Gallery, 603 Edmonston Drive. Attendees will be able to talk to students about their artwork. The event is free and open to the public. The students’ art, in varied media, will be on display Jan. 25-Feb. 13.
Rockville Little Theatre Presents “Close Ties” 8 p.m. Jan. 30 and 31 and Feb. 6 and 7; 2 p.m. Feb. 1 and 8.
The Frye family gathers at their vacation home in the Berkshires, ruled for three generations by Josephine, their willful matriarch and center of the family.
