Learn about spinal stenosis anatomy and the role of physical therapy in treatment. The session also explains the history and benefits of dry needling. Presented by Brennon Monroe, a doctor of physical therapy with CAM Physical Therapy.

This common but often underdiagnosed condition affects about one-third of U.S. adults and carries serious health risks. Learn about treatment options, including CPAP, nasal airway optimization and Inspire, for those unable to use CPAP. Presented by Andrew Lee of Metro ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery in Rockville.

Officers from the Rockville City Police Department will safely dispose of unused and expired medications. Pet medications are accepted. Needles, EpiPens, inhalers and glass containers with rubbing alcohol or peroxide are not eligible. No registration required. 

Learn how to maintain and improve muscle health and function with age. Presented by Chris Burton, a doctor of physical therapy with Launch Physical Therapy and Fitness. 

The Capital Area Food Bank Mobile Market provides fresh produce to local communities free of charge. The program supports community members at risk of hunger, with no income requirements or other qualifications. Bring a reusable bag. 

A calming retreat that offers hand, seat and foot massagers, gentle ambient sounds, soft lighting and quiet activities creating the perfect environment to unwind and recharge, with a maximum of two people at a time. Senior center membership required. 

Open 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday-Friday, the Zen Den is designed to be enjoyed in 10-20-minute increments.
