April 1, 2026
Rockville is inviting renters and landlords to help shape updates to the city’s landlord-tenant code.
City staff will hold two virtual input meetings, one for landlords and one for tenants, each featuring a short presentation on proposed changes followed by discussion and feedback.
Landlord input meeting: 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 15.
Tenant input meeting: 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday, April 16.
Registration for both meetings, as well as the landlord-tenant feedback survey, comment submission and question form, is available at engagerockville.com/landlord-tenant-code-rewrite.
Attendees who need accessibility accommodations should contact city staff in advance. Presentations from both meetings will be posted to Engage Rockville following the event.
