Get into the Halloween spirit with games, costumes, forest adventures and more in Rockville this October. 

Register at rockvillemd.gov/registration using the course numbers listed.

Celebrate Halloween with games, treats, crafts, magic, balloon twisters, a campfire and more. All ages are welcome. Activities inside the center are free and require no registration. 

Children ages 5-12 can also take a 30-minute, non-spooky guided hike through the forest to meet friendly woodland creatures and collect goodies. An adult must accompany registered children. 

Hikes depart every 15 minutes from 6-7:30 p.m. Advance tickets are required and cost $10 for residents and $12 for nonresidents. 

Search “Croydon Creep” at rockvillemd.gov/registration to select a time slot. 

Step into a haunted carnival just for students in grades 6-8. Enjoy carnival games, music, snacks, Halloween activities and surprises. Come in costume for a chance to win prizes. 

Register with course #42090. Free for residents; $10 for nonresidents. 

Little ones ages 2-5 can celebrate Halloween with festive games, crafts, treats and hands-on fun. Come in costume for this not-so-spooky celebration. 

Register for course #41565 for the 9:30 a.m. session or #41566 for the 11 a.m. session. 

The cost is $12 for residents and $15 for nonresidents. 

Bring your four-legged friend for an evening of doggy tricks and treats. Costumes are suggested but not required. Dogs should be comfortable around other dogs and people. Registration is for participants ages 16 and older. Register for course #39490. 

The cost is $20 for residents and $25 for nonresidents. 

Come in costume for pumpkin decorating, dancing and more at this all-ages celebration. Refreshments will be sold by the Twinbrook PTA. Masks and costume props, including sticks and swords, are not permitted. Register with course #42022. 

The cost is $5.
