Features

Monument Park, an 8.1-acre retreat at the corner of Maryland Avenue and Monument Street, offers something for everyone. With a playground, basketball courts, and a baseball/softball field, there’s plenty of space to run around and have fun. When hunger strikes, fire up the grill for a picnic or barbecue at the park pavilion or in the shaded forest area — both offer picnic tables galore. Leashed dogs are welcome to join in the fun, making Monument Park the perfect spot for a family outing.
