Northeast Park, a 6.7-acre forest preserve, sits nestled between East Gude Drive, Redgate Farms Court, Taft Street, and Neal Drive/Wesley Road. The park’s centerpiece is a stormwater management pond, which was restored in 2023, along with new trees and landscaping. Visitors can relax on a park bench at the entrance, where a paved path leads into the park from the Carl Henn Millennium Trail along East Gude Drive. Nature trails from Neal Drive and Wesley Road run through the park, linking to East Gude Drive and the Carl Henn Millennium Trail. Dogs are welcome on leash, allowing for a pleasant outing with your furry companions.
