Request a Reasonable Accommodation
About Request a Reasonable Accommodation
Rockville is committed to its responsibility under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which ensures that city services—including buildings, events, parks, activities, and meetings—are accessible to the public. Rockville values inclusion and works to ensure that people of all abilities can fully enjoy what the city has to offer.
Community members have the right to request reasonable accommodations to prevent discrimination based on disability and to enable participation in city services. Requests can be made using the form below.
For concerns outside Rockville’s Title II responsibilities that involve services the city does not provide, please refer to these resources:
- Montgomery County Disability Services covers a wide range of ADA-related concerns.
- Mid-Atlantic ADA Center provides guidance on workplace accommodations (Title I of the ADA) and the responsibilities of local businesses (Title III of the ADA).
