Rockville 11 is the official, award-winning government access channel granted to the City of Rockville under federal law to provide news and information about the city’s government to the community. It airs programs on Comcast, Verizon, and RCN channel 11, as well as streams 24/7 online via the city’s website. Rockville 11 helps residents connect with their city through television, offering news, live public meetings, and special features highlighting neighborhoods and residents.

Rockville 11 is part of the PEG Network/Connect Montgomery Alliance, a group of local cable access operators that provide trusted information about government, schools, and the arts for Montgomery County residents on various cable television channels.

Rockville 11, Takoma Park City TV, and Montgomery Municipal Cable share an HD channel, the Municipal Broadcast Network (MBN), on Comcast channel 997.
