Market Space Allocation

To maintain a diverse selection of products and prevent oversaturation in any one category, the market allocates a set percentage of available market space to each vendor category. This helps ensure a balanced and engaging experience for customers while supporting a wide range of growers and producers. See below for a breakdown of this allocation of market space.

Vendor Additions

Pre-Season
Each season, returning vendors are given the opportunity to secure their previous space. If they choose not to return, new vendors that have completed a Vendor Interest Form and align with the open category will be considered. If no qualifying forms are received within 60 days of the market season’s start, the market manager reserves the right to recruit a suitable replacement vendor.

Mid-Season
New vendors will not be added to a market vendor category during the season unless that category experiences a 50% or greater drop in participation. If such a drop occurs, the market manager will consider adding new vendors to fill the gap. Priority will be given to applicants who have submitted a Vendor Interest Form. If no suitable vendor is found, the market manager reserves the right to recruit an appropriate replacement.
