File a Title VI Complaint

Pursuant to Rockville’s 2022-2025 Title VI Implementation Plan, the city provides services without regard to race, color, national origin, gender, age, disability, income level, or limited English proficiency, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related nondiscrimination laws.

If you believe you or someone else has experienced unequal treatment, you may file a complaint within 180 days of the alleged discrimination by completing the Title VI Complaint Form and emailing it to cmo@rockvillemd.gov or mailing it to the Office of the City Manager, 111 Maryland Ave., Rockville, MD 20850.
