The Rockville Senior Center offers many rooms that can accommodate any gathering, including birthday parties, wedding celebrations, scout meetings, business meetings, and more! With affordable rates and discounts for Senior Center members, the Rockville Senior Center is the perfect place for your next event.
Rental Availability
- Monday – Thursday: 5 – 11 p.m.
- Friday: 5 p.m. – midnight
- Saturday – Sunday: 9 a.m. – midnight
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, and check. If the rental reservation is made within a month of the reservation date, only cash or credit card will be accepted.
The renter will pay a security deposit and a rental fee. The deposit is equal to half the rental fee, except for the Carnation Room package which has a set fee of $300. The deposit is due when the reservation is made. The rental fee is due a month before the reservation date. Deposits are returned after the event within 72 hours (for payments made by credit card) or 10 business days (for payments made by check).

Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen is available to add on to any rental for a flat fee. Our kitchen offers a warmer oven, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, countertops, and sink.

Carnation Room
Capacity: 150 (or 120 to accommodate space to dance)
Our biggest room at the Senior Center is perfect for hosting large parties, weddings, awards ceremonies, retirements, and more. The Carnation Room comes with a stage, screen, microphone, podium, tables, and chairs. Note: The Carnation Room is not available on Sundays until 3 p.m.
