Fallsgrove Park features a pavilion equipped with tables and grills, available for rent, as well as a playground for community use.

Looking for a place to host a birthday party, community meeting, or business event? Thomas Farm Community Center offers flexible multipurpose rooms that can be rented by the hour, as well as a full-size gymnasium for athletic activities and practices.

Late-night rentals are available on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 to 11 p.m.

Rental Options

The multipurpose rooms can be combined into one 1,800-square-foot room or divided by a movable wall into two separate rooms. The rooms are available for rent together or separately. One side has a tile floor, while the other has a wood floor, and both sides have direct access to the outdoor patio. The patio is available for an additional fee when renting the full room.

The full room accommodates up to 80 people, while either half accommodates up to 40 people. Both rooms have access to a modern, shared kitchenette with microwaves, a refrigerator, an ice machine, and a warming oven.

The 5,700-square-foot, full-size gymnasium features a hardwood floor with markings for a full basketball court, two half basketball courts, one official-size volleyball court, two recreational volleyball courts, and three badminton courts. Bleachers along one wall provide seating for spectators. The gymnasium is available for rent for athletic activities only.

The pavilion at Fallsgrove Park is available for rent from April through October. Rentals must be scheduled during Thomas Farm Community Center’s hours of operation.
