The reporting system operates independently of the city and is available 24/7 in multiple languages. Anyone, including residents, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders, can anonymously report suspected wrongdoing. Your concerns matter, and the city is committed to addressing them.
Examples of fraud, waste, and abuse include:
- Abuse of authority.
- Violations of laws, rules, or regulations, including city policies and procedures.
- Contract or procurement fraud.
- Harassment or discrimination.
- Mismanagement, waste, theft, or unauthorized use of city funds, supplies, or assets.
- Soliciting or accepting bribes or kickbacks.
