Drop-in meetings are held before the second Mayor and Council meeting of every month, 5:15-6:15 p.m., in the Mayor and Council office at Rockville City Hall with the mayor and a councilmember. Community members are able to speak in person or by phone with the mayor and/or councilmember for generally up to 10 minutes on any topic. Drop-in meeting appointments must be submitted by 10 a.m. on the day of the meeting by completing the Drop-In Meeting Sign-Up Form below or calling the Office of the City Clerk/Director of Council Operations at 240-314-8280. If you require a reasonable accommodation, please complete the Reasonable Accommodation Request Form. Notice of upcoming drop-in meetings will be posted at www.rockvillemd.gov/meetings.
Priority for drop-in meetings will be given to Rockville community members, including Rockville residents; Rockville business owners and employees; members of the Montgomery College Rockville Campus community; nonprofit organizations operating in Rockville; and other stakeholders. Others will be accommodated if time allows. Use our address finder at www.rockvillemd.gov/services to determine if you live or work within Rockville city limits.
