Veterans Park is a 0.26-acre pocket park at the intersection of Route 28 and Route 355. It’s the perfect spot to take a break from the hustle and bustle, with a pathway that lets pedestrians step off the main road and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Take a stroll along the paved paths and relax on the benches found throughout the park! Dedicated in 1988, this small but meaningful memorial park features beautiful landscaping and a large U.S. flag. Each year, Rockville honors veterans of our nation’s armed forces with a special Veterans Day Ceremony at the park.
