Suds and Soles 5K

The Suds and Soles 5K is a race for the whole family! This annual event, hosted by the Montgomery County Road Runners Club and the City of Rockville, begins and ends in Rockville Town Center and winds through neighborhood roads.

The race is open to adults, youth, and children, with a tiered pricing structure offering a limited number of discounted slots. Register early and save! Race-day registration will be available only if slots remain.

After the race, enjoy a post-race party featuring kids’ activities, live music, and refreshments, including beverages from local breweries. Runners 21 and older will receive free beverage samples with their registration.
