Rockville Holiday Drive Continues into Gift-Giving Season

Donations are being accepted for the 2022 Holiday Drive, Rockville’s annual push to help the community’s hundreds of children and families in need during the holiday and gift-giving season.
Get involved by:

  • Purchasing new, unwrapped toys for children of all ages. Especially needed are toys for kids ages 9-11 (science and craft kits, sports supplies, etc.). Donate online easily at bit.ly/HolidayDriveDonate.
  • Write a check: Checks can be made payable to “City of Rockville” (with “Rockville Holiday Drive” in the memo line) and sent to Rockville Holiday Drive Fund, c/o Community Services Division, 111 Maryland Ave., Rockville, MD 20850.
  • Organize a toy or book drive to collect new unwrapped toys or books (new books for children of all ages, including teenagers, are needed).
  • Donate $25 Target gift certificates.


Toys can be dropped in collection boxes at several locations: F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre and Glenview Mansion at the Rockville Civic Center; Croydon Creek Nature Center; Twinbrook Community Recreation Center; Lincoln Park Community Center; Thomas Farm Community Center; Rockville Swim and Fitness Center; Rockville Senior Center; and City Hall.

All donations of money and goods are tax deductible.
