About Rentals at Rockville Swim and Fitness Center
The Rockville Swim and Fitness Center is the perfect place to host a fun party for the whole family! Overlooking the woods of Welsh Park and the outdoor pools, clean, bright rooms have a wall of windows and new wood floors. Two adjoining rooms can be rented together or divided. The rooms also have direct access to the outdoor pools and a modern kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, and sink.
Tips
- Rooms can accommodate 50-100 guests.
- Decorations, food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted.
- Cancellations require a two-week notice.
- In case of inclement weather, we try our best to accommodate your party by moving guests to available rooms and indoor pools. We will not cancel your party due to rain.
Availability
Room and outdoor pavilion rentals are unavailable on:
- Memorial Day weekend
- The first weekend in June (May 31 and June 1)
- Juneteenth Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day weekend

Camp, Daycare, and Other Organized Group Visits for Summer
The Rockville Swim & Fitness Center is now accepting requests for camp, daycare and other organized groups to visit our facility in the summer season. Review our Program Information Packet for prices and reservation procedures. Discounts are available for groups that pre-pay for their reservations. Information and reservation forms are available in our Program Information Packet or can be submitted online with our Information Packet and Reservation Form.
Rental Options
Our multipurpose room can be divided into two spaces or rented as a combined room. Our large, spacious room can accommodate 56-112 people with an option to have access to the kitchen.
Your group can enjoy the pool for the day in our reserved outdoor pavilion area. Full-day rentals will be available summer 2025; dates, pricing, and availability will be available in early July.
Rental includes admission for 30 guests, indoor room space, tables, chairs, and a Swim & Fitness Center staff member. A $200 refundable deposit is required for reservation. Rooms must be reserved two weeks in advance. Rooms must be rented for two or more hours. A printable reservation form is also available.

The pools are not available for private parties but can be rented for large groups (generally school groups). The pools are not available for rental during normal hours of operation and other limitations may apply.
