The Rockville Swim and Fitness Center is a full-service fitness and recreation facility. Conveniently located near Rockville’s Town Center, the facility features two indoor and three outdoor pools along with a fitness and exercise room.

| Interested in being a lifeguard this summer? Get certified at the Rockville Swim and Fitness Center. The next pre-test is Thursday, March 11. Sign up at rockenroll.rockvillemd.gov today. Lifeguard Pre-Test Participants must be 15 years old by course completion and able to swim 300 yards (100 breaststrokes, 100 front crawls, 100 breast or free style). You must pass a pre-test to participate in Lifeguard Training. The lifeguard class will begin at the conclusion of the pre-test. Cost: $20 Course #30727: Thursday, March 11, 7-10:30 p.m. |
